What is the material of your accessories?

All our accessories are made of stainless steel, a material with great durability and water resistance.

Do your accessories darken and/or stain the skin with use?

No! All our accessories are made of high quality stainless steel.

Unlike costume jewellery, which is often found on large surfaces, this material does not turn dark and does not stain the skin.

It is thus much more suitable for sensitive skin.

Are your pieces water resistant? What precautions should I take?

Yes, our accessories are water resistant.

To ensure that they last longer, you should avoid the direct application of creams, perfumes, detergents and other products that may contain chemicals.

Are your accessories handmade? Do you make custom items?

The vast majority of our items are handmade by us, such as necklaces, bracelets, scrunchies and some earrings.

If you want an item with a different size or pendant, you can always contact us and we will do our best to bring your order to life.

Are Shipping Fees free? How long does it take to arrive after purchase?

Shipping costs are free to Portugal for purchases equal to or greater than €50. For other EU countries, they are free on purchases equal to or greater than €100.

We normally ship your order 1-2 business days after your purchase and payment confirmation.

After shipping to Portugal , CTT takes between 1-2 working days to deliver your order to the Mainland and 2-3 working days to the Islands. For other EU countries it takes between 4 and 6 working days
